CRUCIANI, DOMINICK A., JR., M.D., Class of 1954, Clarks Green, on April 13. The funeral will be Wednesday with Mass at 10:30 a.m. from Church of St. Gregory, 330 N. Abington Road, Clarks Green, to be celebrated by the Rev. John M. Lapera, pastor. Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery, Scott Twp.

The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Service Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit.

Memorial contributions may be made to the �ձ�av��Ƶ of �ձ�av��Ƶ Cruciani Family Scholarship Fund dedicated to area students majoring in the Health Sciences, c/o the �ձ�av��Ƶ of �ձ�av��Ƶ, 800 Linden St., �ձ�av��Ƶ, 18510; or the Blakely Peckville Lions Club, 400 Second St., Blakely, 18447.
