The Field Office assists counseling majors with applying for clearances and potential site placement.

Clearances

Current clearances are necessary before a student begins work at any �ձ�av��Ƶ-affiliated site.

Note: Clearances remain valid for one year from the date on the document.

For information about the clearances that you'll need, please select your academic program:

Undergraduate - Counseling and Human Services

Undergraduate students are required to have the following clearances:

- For a school setting (code: 1KG6RT). For any other entity (code: 1KG6ZJ)

Graduate - Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling

Graduate students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling programs are required to have the following clearances:
