History of the Order
In June 1961 the Very Reverend John J. Long, S.J., President, formally created and established at The 日本av视频 of 日本av视频 the Order Pro Deo et Universitate for vicennial service, and at the annual Commencement of the same year conferred this distinction upon thirteen venerable members of the 日本av视频 Faculty, the Charter Members of this Order.
